When I first heard Ultimatum's "Scattered (Body Parts)" I thought it said "Skynyrd!". I still sing SKYNYRD when I am listening to it.
Back in college a few of us were listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and song came on called "Me and My Friends". One of the guys there busted out laughing because he thought it said "Pee In My Pants".
Damn Yankees - "Pile Driver"... A buddy of mine thought they were saying "Bus Driver! Bus Drivin' Man!".
I used to have the book called "Scuse Me While I Kiss This Guy", had some hilarious ones in there. I remember one of them in the book had pictures with some funny caricatures. It was a drawing of Travolta with wooden shoes a misheard lyric drawing for "You'e The One That I Want". Actual lyric: "I've Got Chills, they're multiplyin'". Misheard lyric "I've got shoes, they're made of plywood".

Black Sabbath - "Time Machine"
I misheard this lyric:
"When you've opened up your eyes You'll see you've got invisible chains"
What I thought Ronnie was singing was this:
"When you've opened up your eyes You'll see the garden bishop of change"
Ha! I could never figure out what the hell a "garden bishop of change" was.
Also, even though I know what the lyrics are now my brain still wants to hear garden bishop. Stupid brain!

Black Sabbath Paranoid. The line "so as you hear these words telling you now of my state" i always heard "SOS, you hear this words telling you now i want my steak", i was actually thinking (back then when i was younger and just learned english) the song is about somebody going paranoid because he doesn't get his steak.
Quiet Riots version of Come on feel the noise, i was actually thinking he indeed sang "Girls F*ck your Boys"
Same when i was young and my english skills weren't all that great and i'm kinda ashamed my mind wandered there, on Steely Dan's Do it again, the line "Now you swear and kick and beg us" i heard "Now you swear and kicking negers" (neger being the german equivalent to nigger), for years and years it weirded me out until i looked up the lyrics and went "oops"
And count me in on those people who hear Bruce in ELO's Don't bring me Down. That "Groos" is supposedly based on german, is even weirder to me. The word is "Gruss" which evolutioned from "Gruoz".

That reminds me, there was a pop song I heard at work two or three years ago and the misheard lyric was "But you're gonna piss on, piss on, piss on me..."
Update: The pop song in question...

This is kind of embarrassing, but I always thought the line in Running With the Devil that Dave sings "I got no love I'd call real" said "I have no love in Korea". Just figured out the correct lyric a couple of years ago....ugh.

Always thought it was "spruce." Didn't find out it was groos until last night while watching a performance of JL's ELO with the subtitles on.

I am currently listening to Cannibal Corpse's album A Skeletal Domain right now, and the opening track is "High Velocity Impact Spatter".
The chorus to the song repeats the song title four times. The first several times I heard the song, I thought the lyrics were "high velocity impact splatter".

Although it's also a death metal song, and where the title is being spoken, I've always thought in the Malevolent Creation song "Sacrificial Annihilation", it sounded like "Special annihilation!"

That happens because the singer can't pronounce the word "Deuce" to save his life.
