According to KissKollector.com, original KISS guitarist Ace Frehley and his new band — consisting of guitarist Derrek Hawkins, bassist Anthony Esposito and drummer Scot Coogan — have scheduled the following dates during the coming months:

Part one of a brand new radio interview with Ace Frehley conducted by "Elliot in the Morning" has been made available for download at this location.

Frehley is aiming for a spring 2008 release date for his new solo album. The guitarist — who recently celebrated one year of sobriety after relapsing during the summer of 2006 — has finished recording around 10 new songs for the effort but is looking to lay down two or three more in the next couple of months in order to make the CD "really special," he revealed during an appearance on the "Friday Night Rocks" radio show.

Ace's new album was reportedly recorded with a trio of Ace, Anton Fig on drums and new bassist Anthony Esposito (LYNCH MOB).

Frehley performed at Eddie Trunk's Halloween Bash 2007 at the Hard Rock Café in New York City on October 31. Watch fan-filmed video footage from the concert below.

Sweet! That Columbus gig is pretty tempting.

I was at the gig last night at Jaxx- GREAT show, he played some rare tracks (Hard Times, Strange Ways). I was able to get right up front (Jaxx isn't a very big place). I managed to get one of Ace's guitar picks from the show - pick was from the KISS Farewell Tour Albany NY gig. If I can the old guitar pick thread, I'll post a picture.

I saw them on Friday and the set list was slightly different - no Medley, played an instrumental christmas song (sleigh ride, i think, but don't quote me) - he also play an instrumental and I couldn't remember what the song was until I got into my car and love theme from KISS came on my ipod, so I pretty sure that LTFK was the instrumental

The crowd looked tired by 1:00am (Ace finished at about 1:20am) and the shouts of "ACE ACE ACE" sounded tired - all and all a great show. You could tell it was the second show of the tour but the band was tight, seemed to be having fun. It was cool to see Ace leading the band (instead of following Gene) and great to see him in a smaller setting. If you get a chance, check out the show! The late night was tiring, but worth it (I have a 5 year old and three year old, who woke up early this am, in turning waking me and my wife up)

I'd love to see Ace again.
