I'm not too surprised they are skipping Pittsburgh this year - that had the lowest ticket sales on the 2010 tour.

Dang. I hate when they do that. The Susquehana Bank Center is in Camden, NJ not Philadelphia. I know they do it for the Philly market, but we've got our own venues and that's across the river in another state. And it's Camden. Ick.

Damn it when I saw them with Jokerman and Spec, we had to deal with those tools Black 'we are now Emo' Tide, and on this tour its Alice Cooper, and they are not coming to Tampa!!!

This is huge news for me! I've been into metal for over a decade and now I'm finally getting to see Iron Maiden. I don't believe it!

I was eating in The Den on campus (Towson University here) earlier today. I actually tried to access Iron Maiden's website to see that it was down. It hit me like a ton of bricks: must have been a big announcement! I checked Twitter and the first message I saw was from Metal Blade's CEO Brian Slagel that said something like "oh hell yes!" with a mention to Maiden and a link to Facebook.

When I saw that, I LITERALLY jumped out of my chair and shoved my horns in the air. Embarrassing? Mildly.

I saw they're hitting DC (actually Virginia) and Philly, and I plan on getting tickets for both shows.

The kicker? I'm supposed to leave for Myrtle Beach the day of the Philly show. Guess I'll be coming a few days late!

No Ohio dates. Thanks for nuthin'.

I will be heading to the Charlotte, N.C. show, too, the amphitheater is only bout an hour from me. Can't wait!!!!! UP THE IRONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
