Everything this band has ever done....totally rocks!!! Even "BossaNova"...

Frank Black (Black Francis....) has never put out a bad solo disc either...

Even KIM DEAL (Who I find strangely attractive) has never released an unlistenably horrible album....)

Back on topic, I don't know much about the Pixies, but I did see their front man, Frank Black, open for the Ramones once years ago. Seemed like pretty good stuff, though the majority of the Ramones crowd didn't care for him (then again, they weren't known for their tolerance of opening acts)... I vaguely remember some heckling.

The Pixes were featured quite a bit on Seven Ages Of Rock segment 6 I beleive, Nirvana had mentioned them as a major influence to their sound. Although not my thing sounds like they were very good!
