| Took me a while to figure out who he reminded me of...now I know: He's a ringer for Tony Mills ( SHY, SIAM, now TNT)...same register, same sense of melody...both GREAT singers.... I feel better now... |

| Lance King has sang for a bunch of bands, but some of the more well know are Balance of Power and Pyramaze. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| Another Minneapolis guy. He owns Nightmare records. In the 80's he was a staple of the local scene (still is), with bands like Gemini, Speed Kings, and the King's Machine. Back then he was much more glam/hair metal, as opposed to the power metal most recognize him for. Saw Avian open for Twisted Sister a couple months ago - almost bored me back to drinking. |

| Wow, Avian was bad live? That album is awesome!!! I can't wait for their new one. The vocals should be mixed better this time around and I think that will make the next Avian CD rule!! | |

| Avian wasn't "bad", just boring. They all just stood up there, barely moving. Lance has still got the pipes, but that genre does nothing for me. Then they brought the promoter up there to sing a song with him, and kudos to that guy for having the coconuts to do it, but it was laughable. |

| Oh. Nothing worse than a boring band. At least you can laugh at a band who's bad. But when they just stand there....yikes. | |

| I don't know...I'm always more impressed with a band who can play than a band who jumps around a lot... |
