| Wow! Another really young band, huh? Two albums from now that singer will sound totally different. And they're on Interscope! I may look for this on the way to work in a few minutes. Sounds pretty good. Their riffs remind me of an unknown hardcore band called Purusam. They had a good dose of metal riffing way back in the day. |

no it's just that there are a bunch of guys that are afraid of checkin new bands cause they'd have to fork out some more money. on another note, i think theyre pretty good., their singer's got a different style | |

Afraid? I'd bet that collectively we on this forum have shelled out over $50,000 on music this year alone, if not far more. |

| Good save. Anyway, their little two-track EP is excellent modern thrash, but I think maybe some black suit turd has the band in his clutches right now, talons sunk deep: http://www.ea.com/eatrax/preview.jsp That song's...um...different. Sad. |

| I heard Shockwave on the radio a couple of days ago. It reminded me of an extreme version of Motley Crue. | |

Sample the entire album. Seems like a fun listen, but nothing amazing. The kid's voice unfortunately sounds a whole lot like a kid. I think that sort of ruins it a bit. But it's good. Poppy, though. "Hit The Lights" sounds killer musically, but that kid just doesn't have the balls to pull that song off properly. |

| http://www.roadrun.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=93778 Listen to that! The kid already has a deeper voice! Haha. By the way, pretty cool seeing this on Jimmy Kimmel. That's still pretty metal for a show like that. Anyone pick up the album? I'm actually really impressed with it. The vocalist does sound like a kid, but if you can imagine him being a chick, it works well. Haha. Seriously, though; some of the lyrics on the album are stupid, and their cover of "Hit The Lights" lacks balls (because they're kids), but other than that the album is wicked good. Some songs are just so damn catchy, borderline rocks songs. Definitely worth picking up. If these kids can sort of hold onto thier integrity and fall into a rut with music execs pushing them to be poppier and such, they may evolve into a killer metal band. |

| I hope his voice changes for the better and they mature in the tuneage department. They have a lot of potential and if I find this cheap I will get it. |

| Just listened to the coupla songs on their MySpace. Not bad, not bad. Like emptytomb sez, I could see myself picking this CD up if it were on the cheap. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"
