Guitarist Richie Faulkner (JUDAS PRIEST),bassist Rex Brown (PANTERA, DOWN),drummer Scott Travis (JUDAS PRIEST) and singer Ronnie Romero (RAINBOW, MSG) have joined forces in a new band called ELEGANT WEAPONS.

ELEGANT WEAPONS' debut album, "Horns For A Halo", was produced by Andy Sneap and will arrive in spring 2023 via Nuclear Blast Records.

Sounds interesting, but I feel the same as most of you. Supergroups usually suck, so I’ll definitely be listening to some songs first before I buy this. Love the band members though, hopefully it’s a good album.

There have been worse names for metal bands, The Poodles, Pink Cream 69, Four Star Revival, A.C. (google what that name stands for, but be warned it's NSFW), and oh yeah, Rainbow. None of those band names sound very "metal" to me.
