Nice and heavy!
Sounds like a mix of Judas Priest and Accept.

Funny how the Nordic countries dislike each other.

I’ve read that Norwegians and Swedes bicker about each other a lot.

Finland used to be a part of Sweden. Sweden is still an official language, taught in school. Lots of Swedish speaking native Finns here. It's more like a friendly rivalry. And Finns and Swedes both love hockey so that's a big rivalry. It's the #1 sport in Finland, by far.
The biggest annual track & field event is always the Finland-Sweden Athletics International.
Just two nations going at it throughout a weekend. It doesn't even matter if all of the athletes kind of suck, as long as you beat the opponent.

Are Finns really a part of traditional Scandinavia or more from Russian ancestry? I think the traditional countries were always Norway, Sweden and Denmark. And by default, Iceland.

Russian? What? Hell no. Finns are not slavic. Nor speak slavic, nor are orthodox.
Finns are their own thing. But before Finland was a thing, it was just an Eastern part of Sweden. Therefore Swedish history is Finnish history. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalmar_Union
Finland is still bilingual, with Swedish being the second official language, and street signs are in both Finnish and Swedish.
Except Lapland. Lapland is its own thing again, with a separate people called Lapplanders (or Sami) living in both Swedish and Finnish Lappland.
Finnish history kind of starts from when Russia conquered this area. Couldn't be Swedes anymore, and didn't want to be Russian, so being Finnish became a thing. Finland had autonomy and when Imperial Russia had the communist revolution thing in 1917, Finland had a civil war where the socialists were defeated and Finland separated and became a nation for the first time. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finnish_Civil_War
And luckily avoided ever having the Soviet stuff or communism happen here. Free world FTW.

I knew Russia was somehow involved in the history... just wasn’t sure if there was an ethnic integration into the Swedish population. I could have looked it up, but I didn’t. Thanks for the history info.
