wow! I think your naive as hell Rolling Eyes I have never seen a store be sold out of American made products when a Chinese, Mexican,Japanese, etc product is on he shelf next to it.. But I have seen the foreign made products sell out..And alot of times the Foreign products are as good or better than American made.. Electronics like tvs, computers and phones are a great example.. Most people shop by price and don't care where its made.. Every city I have ever been to people shop by price.. maybe its different on the west coast?
You specifically were talking about Chinese products, now you include Japanese? Of coarse there is night and day difference between Japanese and Chinese products. I stand by my American made products too! Remember Zenith? That was a great American company. Unfortunately, it was edged out of the market after it was sold. Also the prices were a slight hindrance. American companies had to pay higher wages for cost of living and other expenses. But you can see the corners the cheap ass Chinese cut to keep the prices low. Sweatshops and slave labor is a big reason too.
Btw… I always buy American, Japanese, Indian, Mexican or Canadian if they are available. I don’t mind paying the extra few bucks. With Chinese, you get what you pay for. Cheap crap!
I have nothing against international manufacturing (per se). I just hate Chinese. I always prefer American.

I have in the past, when there was no other options. But I don’t like to and I try to avoid it! Like I said, I’ll pay a few extra bucks to avoid Chinese junk.

Made in China is a badge of shame in my opinion (I really hate it). Maybe some people don’t care… but a lot of people do. How many surveys has there been? If someone knew buying an American made product created American jobs and it was the same price as the Chinese one, most would select USA. That’s why the packaging always highlights it. It matters.
If money is an issue, then I can see why you would get your 99 cent store crap.

Glad you like them. Those are some examples of tight quality control from big name corporations. Apple phones are also “designed” in California (for what it’s worth). Lol My point is that the vast majority of Chinese products are low quality.

I speak for myself, and there are others like me. You can perceive China anyway you like. I don’t see it your way. And Apple has been in hot water in the past for their use of slave labor.
I am more than likely not gonna change your mind at face value, my hope is you do some research that goes beyond a mere Google search.
The Nazi ideology was first and foremost, the supremacy of the Aryan race. The Aryan race compromises of multiple cultures, countries, and languages. Those three aspects are contradictory to being nationalist, especially in the way that you say it should be defined.

Your posts range from not caring what happens in other places, just where your at (paraphrased), to seeing American products on the shelves, while foreign produced stuff is sold out, and then stating your're in the, just like most, don't really matter where something comes from.(again paraphrased)
I get your point, it is obvious. The big picture stuff don't concern you.
You mention local business not being able to compete with walmart, amazon, and close up shop. What is the big picture stuff here?
During WuFlu, what businesses were allowed to remain open and which ones were mandated to shut down? See the correlation to the first question.
What did China do with the $ they received from selling us all the stuff they produced with little or none domestic product to compete with? What is the big picture stuff here?
What did amazon, walmart, and the other multi-national conglomerate corporations do with the billions of extra $ in profits gained from no competition during WuFlu? What is the big picture stuff here?

So here is my question for you James... Do you think in your lifetime or anywhere in the future America will become the country you wish/think it should be? Also do you shop at company's like the ones I mentioned above knowing they all import most everything and the money leaves your town?
Let's break this down....
1- The country should be how it was intended to be (continuous oppurtunity and prosperity for ALL) not what I wish/think it should be. It would be messed up if everyone came to a consensus based on my thoughts. I have some good ideas, so does this guy over here, and that guy over there. Compromise has become a term associated with weakness and nothing to do with progress as it should be.
I wonder if states or regions will separate, the polarization of the populace, the corruption in both major political parties of our government, and the sheer stupidity of at least 1/3 of Americans makes that plausible?
2- Don't shop at Walmart, order by Amazon, don't own a cellphone, have TV, and the only motorized vehicle I own/use that was made after 1993 is one of my bikes.
3- As for my town... The closest is 13 miles away and has about 200 people. The nearest big town of about 4000 is 45 miles and Billings is over 120 miles away. Just the way I like it

Lefty fear mongering bs virtue signaling nonsense just cost NC State their chance at the College World Series. One positive amongst a whole group of healthy young athletes with an almost zero chance of a bad case, no mention of dying.
Left wing pansy fearmongering!!! They literally ruin every last thing they touch. Over 20,000 untested fans in the stands, but one kid gets it and their season is lost. I'm really struggling with my attitude with the death-cult fearmongering Fauci disciples.
The irony is how many of these mask-cultists are obese, smokers, heavy drinkers, promiscuous and otherwise live very unhealthy lives but they pretend ( or have been duped into believing) that this thing is the worst thing ever. Pandemic? Where is all the hand-wringing over the obesity epidemic that will kill way more loved ones every year than covid will in its entire run.

the only "fear-mongering cultist pansy" here is you dipshit and it's mostly Dunce supporters that are massively overweight smokers that live unhealthy lives, most of the liberals i've come across have been very fit and healthy.
Obesity and the virus are very different things jackass, if you can't tell the difference you are fucked in the head and no it does not kill more then COVID you brain-dead moron. The only one "pretending" and being "duped" here is you fuckstick.

I don’t think it brings out the worst in people.. I think it brings out the real person.. most people feel so passionate about politics (and religion) That most people speak exactly what they think and feel.. when people talk about politics or religion it’s a great way to see what people really think about themselves and each other and the country and God… I think everything that every single one of us in these threads has ever said is from our hearts and what we think to our core..

Nope
That doesn't cover any of the specifics I mentioned Check out a clip from The Jimmy Dore Show titled, "Biden Wants You To Snitch On Family & Friends". It is a decent 12 minute overview from varied sources regarding this. I don"t use YouTube, but I believe it is on that platform.

Apparently you did not watch the Jimmy Dore clip. What you mentioned above is inclusive to what Biden wants to do, but it is not exclusive to just that. There is so much more to it.
People who are really going to do violence/terrorism don't talk their neighbors, friends, co-workers or family unless they are also involved. Or perhaps, they are an idiot if they do.
I don't ever see myself being in that situation, so I can 't really say what I'd do. If they are serious about that, would my acting on prior knowledge effect the well being of me and my family? It surely isn't black or white to me.

Actually I did watch the clip and laughed and rolled my eyes.. I think he blew things way out of proportion and is looking for something that isn’t there.. I agree with a lot of what Biden is saying about domestic terrorism.. I wouldn’t just called organizations like antifa, proud boys and oath keepers terrorist I would also call out people like Ted Cruz who consistently attacks the constitution and other religions that he doesn’t like And from the things I’m reading about Trump in all the books coming out he falls in that category as well as all the people that stormed the capital in their insurrection on January 6.. I would also consider QAnon A terrorist organization that should be tracked down, dismantled and those responsible prosecuted..
