One of my favorite singers would definitely fall into this category, Gregg Analla. He sang with Tribe of Gypsies and on George Lynch's Shadowtrain album, but his best work is with Seventhsign. I believe they only put out two albums, Perpetual Destiny, and Transparent, but both are worth getting if you can find them. "Beholder" is one of my favorites from them and one of Gregg's best performances. Sadly, he lost his life in a motorcycle accident a few years ago, if I remember correctly.

I was looking at my segregated CD holder....of band releases I don’t care for. ICON with their new singer....2cds..... I still remember being at an ICON show....and the new singer came out.
Stephen Clifford was amazing. I heard he left the band because he became a born again Christian.
I will say David Wayne.

Just seen an interview with the Icon guys and Stephen is still in the band and they are working on a new album.
David Wayne is an amazing choice.
I'll also add Henning Basse, Jorn Lande and Tony Harnell

As crazy as it sounds.....I also really like Grave Digger’s singer. Those 80 albums were simply outstanding. Perfect vocals !

I bought this release. I really forgot just how good he was. I saw FASTWAY open for AC DC....... Even then his voice pierced the stadium. Now, he’s an Irish traditional singer.

^^^^ Yeah Dave King is great! Anthony Corder from Tora Tora sounds a lot like him. When Tora Tora's Walking Shoes was getting airplay, I thought it was a new Fastway tune and went out and bought their new release On Target, not knowing King was no longer in Fastway. I was disappointed to say the least and thought that On Target sucked.

Suppose it is subjective? Dave King sings in Flogging Molly, a more popular band than any he was fronting in th past.
