Vitto, based more so on my enjoyment of White Lion. Still quite the shredder and yea, in the realm of 80's players, probably a tad underrated. It's a shame he walked away from music like he did.

Nuno might be a better technical guitarist and overall better player, but I've never been able to get into Extreme.

Pretty much what my brother MG said. I have always loved White Lion and sometimes listen only for Vito's guitar pyrotechnics; while I simply like Extreme.

Both are excellent players but I went with Vito. So underrated!
