I'm hoping to be flying out back to the U.S. roughly this time next year. This place has lost its collective mind... I used to think Australians were a rough-and-tumble lot that brooked no bullshit. I've been thoroughly disabused of that notion

I lived in South Lake Tahoe for a couple years, and Reno for a couple years. I'd stay out of Reno, it's a shithole lol Northern AZ is nice though, but not much there to do. Flagstaff is beautiful, but small town, with not much in the way of entertainment. Of course Phoenix is just down the hill a fee hours away, and Vegas just a bit farther, but still pretty close. Problem with AZ is all you fucking Comifornians are moving here screwing shit up.
I was leaning more towards AZ anyway! LOL
The only reason I said Reno is because it’s closer to the mountains. I also love the landscape of Sedona. I’ve been there before. Small town life would be a nice change! I don’t give a crap about Disneyland. As long as there is a nearby city that gets touring bands and concerts. That would be my entertainment.
As far as Californians moving to other states… that’s what people have always done. In the 1950’s baby boom era, droves of East-coast people moved here! For the better weather. Also consider the thousands of undocumented people crossing the border and settling down everywhere. That is a much bigger concern if you ask me.
I know the illegals are causing problems, but the main problem I'm referring to here is the housing market is FUCKED thanks to California asshats swooping in and buying everything they can get their greedy little hands on. When we first moved here, you could buy a really nice 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for 180,000. Now you can't touch a nice one for under 325-350,000. Bunch of bullshit GTFO and go back home lol
I’m not one of the people you are referring to. I’m not made of money or buying properties. I’m blue collar.
Of coarse locals say gtfo. I’ve seen my area’s population grow like crazy! But there’s nothing I could do to stop it. Whoever tells me to stay where I am can eat shit.
People are hypocrites. There’s no safe haven anymore.
I know you're not, if I thought you were I wouldn't even talk to you. Thing is, it's not even the rich people that are screwing everything up. It's the fact that the Californian housing market is always sky high, so they are all selling their half million dollar studio apartments in the ghetto, and coming here for the nicer houses driving the market through the roof. Plus they been paying cash, waving inspections so most houses that are half decent are sold in auction like settings, bidding thousands more than the asking price and sold within days of being listed.

I always thought if I ever left America, I would want to go to Australia. So glad I never tried to make that happen. Hope you make it back here, but in a years time I don't think there will be much difference between the two countries.

2A is a game-changer for sure. I don't want to see it happen but an attempt to take away our guns would make for some interesting times.

Afterall, plenty of bad guys to point fingers at. The Russians or all the domestic terrorist racists. ,
The WuFlu/experimental jab agenda is losing steam... More evidence regarding election crime continuing to come out... Jan. 6th narrative getting imploded... Doubling down with censorship and calling ANYTHING & EVERYTHING going against the status quo, "misinformation"... The rise of alt-media counteracting the information blockade perpetrated by governments, corporate news media, and multi-national big tech conglomerates...
How many Americans know what is actually happening in Ukraine? Ottawa?, Australia?, China? Palestine? and even what is actually happening in our own country?<--- Pretty sad, if you ask me.

On a side note, I had some fun at the Apple store yesterday. Ordered a pair of airbuds from them, and upon walking in the door, the security guard stopped me to tell me to put on a mask. After looking him in the eyes and telling him that those things don't do shit and I got vaccinated for a reason, he still insisted I put one on. Told him then that it was a year almost to the day my wife died from COVID, and those masks didn't save her either. But I put one on to make him happy. On my way out I see a little 8=10 year old kid in the store not wearing a mask. I look at Mr. security guard and tell him "quick arrest this child, he's not wearing a mask and is trying to kill us all!!!" Dude just stood there speechless as I walked by him and gave him the finger. Had I known Apple was still pushing so hard on that, I'd never have given them another dime. Live and learn I guess.

Now "Doctors" are pimping giving the jab to 6 month old infants & fetuses in the womb! People will do and/or say anything for $ or they have been "compromised" by an illicit/illegal action/activity and have to play along?
Using lefty logic, what good is a jab gonna do a clump of tissue that isn't life? I have yet to hear of an infant dying of WuFlu. What is wrong with these Doctors????

Proud of these truckers!
Trudea's personal photographer got caught taking photos of dude with Nazi flag at Ottawa's most expensive hotel. Which happened to be a government employee & crony hang out and of course, a place a trucker would be found hanging out at
I expect more attempts at "false flag" shenanigans. Seems that is all they have left in the tank aside from all out, "set the world on fire" ?

Trudeau calling anyone racist is a mockery. Dude donned black-face more times than he can remember. He and his family are so deeply in bed with China that he might as well be Xi's body pillow.

it's classic misdirection.
Leftists want to protest and tell everyone how great it is to exercise their rights but when others do it they are quick to try to shut down views they do not like

Biden is old and goofy and to be honest he doesn't seem intentionally nefarious. Trudeau on the other hand gives off intensely creepy and very disingenuous vibes. He's a shady coward as well.

Meanwhile....
Late January 2022, the MSM says Virginia Governor is moving backwards for banning mask mandates in schools.
Just the other day, MSM says New Jersey Governor is taking step in right direction for removing mask mandates in schools in March.

Yeah but the New Jersey mandate lift is 2 months later. That makes all the difference in the world because viruses become less virulent after 2 months. I learned that by listening to the WHO. Or was it the CDC? Or maybe it was Fauci.

Midterms are coming up, so they're lifting all these restrictions, hoping you'll just magically forget that they were the ones who put said restrictions in place to begin with.
