Cynic

Sean Reinert who played drums for Cynic and on Death's Human album has passed away at 48. He was found unresponsive in his home late Friday. No cause of death has been released yet.

Horrible news!

His performance on Death’s Human album is the greatest standard of extreme metal drumming. What a shame... 48 is too young!

I loved his drumming on Death's Human album. I live in Tampa so got to see Death several times, and seemed each time I saw them they had at least one personal change, but I did get see them play with Sean Reinert and he was amazing

I only got to see Death once, and it was with Richard Christy on drums at the same gig they recorded the “Live in L.A.” dvd.

But my friend reminded me that we did actually see Sean Reinert play at the first “Death To All” tribute show in Hollywood a while back!

I was just going to post about the death of Sean Malone, but I was beaten to it.
