| I’ve always like his music. Bought all his first 7-8 releases. Know his videos. Know the lyrics. Saw him in concert. He was a big part of the 80s for me - more so than other pop acts. I remember reading a GnR book - Adler said he saw Money at a softball benefit thing.... He said his legs and arms had track marks galore. I also heard Money was paralyzed - in his face - side of mouth..... because he passed out for 10 hours, cutting off circulation ? Anyways - I heard the news on the radio - not clearly - as his song played. I immediately went to google. 70. Not bad. Was that Lemmy’s age too ? | |

| Eddie had a special connection to MLB Network, the channel I have on year round as I work from home.
Check this out (ignore the lack of sound in the commercial):

He actually did appear on the show about a year later. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| My first concert ever was Eddie opening up for .38 Special. I've always enjoyed his music. Thanks for the memories and the music. | |

| I heard about this on Friday. I knew he wasn't doing well. I'm just glad he didn't have to suffer much longer. Fuck cancer! "I Wanna Go Back" has always been a very sentimental song. I had a childhood friend who put together a photo montage/slide show for some senior project back in '88, with the music to this song as the backdrop. | |
