I was - and still am - a huge fan - of 'the money man.' I want to share a few videos, over time, of various songs that I dug in the 80's - and 90's. He could really rock out - saw him in concert a few times - always with the cigerette - the odd smile - because - from what I'm told, he passed out for 12 hours - did nerve damage to one side of his face - etc - partier.

One of my favorite songs by him is "Far Cry From A Heartache" off his Nothing to Lose album. It's not very well-known. It's not even on Youtube.

His Dad was a cop. Their last name was Mahoney - He HATED Eddie for not following in his footsteps - wouldn't speak to him - the whole 9 yards - not sure if they ever eventually reconciled - " She's runnin with the white trash "

This was a major hit for him. I can imagine him scribbling the lyrics in a notebook - My favorite memory was of this kid, 19 or so - he sees that I have a Eddie Money DVD - and we throw on this tune on - We were partying - and it was just cool - to see the generation gap not there - and he obviously rocked out to it - being younger / stronger
