Gotta say Im kind of disappointed with the results of the rumble granted some of my hopes were unrealistic but I am glad that Becky Lynch won the womens' rumble, and Seth Rollins winning the men's rumble though i half expected Braun to win. I wanted AJ to beat Bryan but he didnt I did half expect Miz and Shane to take tag team gold. Im just scratchin my head at best for that one....

Looks like I haven't missed much. I think I am going on almost a year without watching WWE and I haven't missed anything. I'll tune in to the Raw after WM but if it's lame I'm out til next year's Raw after WM. I get all the wrestling I need from Cornette, Bruce & Bischoff's podcasts.

Not shocked, they've screwed up his character to the point that he's a joke (a lunatic he is not). It looked like things were picking up with his heel turn but they botched that up. Hopefully AEW or RoH will handle Jon Moxley (pretty sure he will go with his old moniker) better.

Yup, and now they're doing it with Rusev... again. They finally realized he was popular and made him a face. Then they actually gave him a title... then took it off as soon as they could and turned him back into a heel. I hope AEW is successful so maybe, just maybe WWE will start to up their game. If not, they may finally lose me.

Looks like I'll have to at least DVR Raw this Monday. Jeff Jarrett vs. Elais and I'd like to see that out of curiosity.

Crowd sounds dead, reminds me of old AWA shows. And the ring has a different sound, kind of like a WCW ring but that could be because I am watching it on the laptop.

I witnessed something so stupid, even I couldn't stand it. On Raw there was a tag match between Corbin and Drew vs. Braun and Angle. Braun, who was not the legal man, attacked Corbin, who was legal and the ref called for a DQ! Can anyone recall at any point in WWF/WWE history where this has happened? I've been watching since 1990/91 and watched many PPVs on video that took place years before that and that has never called for a DQ. Stupid!

Former WWE and ECW Star, Salvatore Bellomo, has passed away at the age of 67 after losing his battle with cancer, according to a cousin of Bellomo’s wife who initially broke the news.

Bellomo debuted in 1974 and over his career worked for NWA, WWE (1983-1987), and ECW (1993-1994). During his time in WWE, he would lose clean to Bobby “The Brain” Heenan in a match at MSG. For ECW, he wrestled in the first-ever ECW Championship match, losing to Jimmy Snuka. Bellomo would retire from wrestling in 2006.

I'm quite shocked that Vince let Jarrett back into the company, especially after the major real life backstage shitstorm they had at Summerslam 99.

I remember him from the mid 80s during the WWF heyday.

I saw Pedro Morales at the first live wrestling event I ever saw back around 1970 or so.  He faced "The Spoiler" (who knows which incarnation of that character it was but as usual back then The Spoiler used to "bust his opponents open" with "The Iron Claw").  And yeah, Morales wore the "crimson mask" at that event in Allentown, PA and damn did the little kid I was then really cheer when Pedro ultimately won.

RIP Mr. Morales; you gave many of us now-aging wrestling fans a lot to cheer about in our younger days.

Before my time, but his historical footprint in pro wrestling is well known. Fifth longest world title reign and the second longest Intercontinental title reign (Honky is the longest, but Pedro had much better competition).

Rowan sure likes his Viking and Folk metal. Three weeks ago he wore an Alestorm shirt, last week it was Amon Amarth, and today it's Korpiklaani.

I have been sick for the past couple of days and playing a lot of WWE 2K19 for the PS4. Fun stuff.
