I'll throw in Train Wreck from GX

The remake of the classic "People Get Ready"

And this Spinal Tap song is kind of about a train.

I love that Jeff Beck/Stewart version, Beck makes it shine.

It was a favorite of the band in the early days and is quite terrible. Razz

Can you still buy it?

I dunno. I just grabbed that pic off the web. I haven't seen Night Train in stores in years, but then again I haven't actively looked for it either. I haven't touched that stuff in 25 years. Razz Night Train and Thunderbird were the "go to" wines back in the day.

Being as I drive trains for a living, I try to avoid songs that remind me of work. I guess my favorite would be Ridin' With The Driver from Motorhead though.

One man's fantasy is another man's...job, eh?

Still, sounds cool. Do you see a lot of the country?

No. We're not like 18 wheeler drivers. We don't run all over the country. We're only qualified and run on short segments of track. Usually 300 miles or so. The longest run I was ever qualified on was from Florence SC to Jacksonville FL. Approximately 350 miles. Train tracks are much different then roads and you have to know every nook and cranny to run on them, as a train doesn't stop anything like a car or truck.

I read an article about it, and it sounded like a tough job that is not too fun.
