New Deliverance in 2017?

Yeah, I've got a couple of Scheetz's instrumental albums, used to go to his site, download his tab lessons, I just thought, as a long shot for the reason you mentioned and others, that since he did guest on some songs with a 'death metal' band like Lament that he'd be up for it if asked, but he wasn't, as I figured might be the case. But, I was still hopeful, coz that woulda been really kinda cool.

Ok, so according to Jimmys latest video they still haven't decided on a lead player yet. What's up with that Addy? Check it out at around the 9:45 mark

Yeah, I was under the impression that they knew who it was...

Well, it's a month later... still no info on the new guitar player.

Last I heard it was up in the air because some variables had come up (best way to describe it) Jimmy's been very busy remember he's working on 2 of his own albums (D and solo project) and doing his job which involves producing at the Studio he works at.

Patience......

He can take his time making the album... we just want to know who the mystery guitarist is!

I dont know when its going to be announced Im sure hes got some strategy lined up

Greg Minier it is. Made too much sense not to be. Jimmy is flying to Cali in two weeks to finish tracking. Auditioned eight and Greg was the best fit.

Interesting the way the Crucified has been divided with Mark and Jeff in Stavesacre and now Jim and Greg are in Deliverance. It makes sense though... Mark and Jeff were always more the punk/alternative guys, while Jim and Greg leaned more on the metal side.

When is the official announcement? Until then, it's still just hearsay.

I wonder if they will play a few Crucified covers at some shows? I think Mindbender would sound great with Jimmy's vocals.

When it was first announced it wasnt him and then the last time i spoke to Jimmy it still wasnt him so Im as surprised as some of you , whatever's best for the band is good for me

Apparently, he's just doing the solos on the record. He's not a permanent member.

I dont think the mystery guitarist was ever going to be.

Too bad... it's not like Deliverance is a full time band. People can still keep their day jobs.
