Tallest metal musicians

List the tallest rock/metal musicians you can think of...

Eric Hoffman from Amon is pretty tall.

All the guys in Cauldron are tall. Easily over 6' each.

Oliver Riedel and Flake Lorenz of Rammstein are at least 6' 4" each

I've never met him personally but I believe I've read somewhere that Dan Lilker (Nuclear Assault, S.O.D., etc.) is over six foot.

Seeing Big John's name above reminded me of Kurdt Vanderhoof. Dude is a lumbering beast.

Peter Steele was the first name to come to mind. Strangely enough, I was discussing him yesterday, he's 6'8".

He's not metal but Fish from Marillion was a big lad.

The vocalist from Warbringer.

The original bass player from Nashville P*ssy.

From photos of Iron Maiden, Nicko McBrain looks giant. I looked it up, though, and he's just 6' even.

Yeah, I wonder how tall Rick Van Zandt is? He towers above the rest of the band.

Yeah, My 1st thought. I think he is around 6'7"  + he is skinny so it makes him look taller.

Blackie Lawless is pretty tall too, isn't he? I thought those 2 were both around 6' 4" or so.

While I didn't get to meet him all up close & personal-like, James Hetfield was about 10 feet from me and he looked about a head taller than everyone that was in his group. 2 heads taller than Lars.

Tommy Lee was definitely over 6'. Nikki Sixx is probably only 6', but his hair and shoes make him seem much taller.

Since Bruce Bruce is only 5'6", I'm thinking Nicko is only 6'. He might seem giant, but he isn't that big.

Let's split the difference and say he's 6'2".

Nope 5'9....I'm just over 5'10 and he's about an inch shorter than me... will upload a pic when I can.

Another guy that doesn't seem to get mentioned much is Scott Travis from Priest who I think is about 6'5" or 6'6" .
