Pop up city!

Getting annoying pop ups on my phone while here. It happens 90% of the time I click on a topic to read.

I use a small tablet from home to browse this site. A lot of times when I go to a page on here, the ad at the top of the page opens up in a new tab for me. I have no idea why.

I am usually on my pc from home when I visit here so I don't get any pop ups. However, every time the ad changes at the top of the page it messes with my typing. It's veerryy annoying and I am starting to wonder about if we each pay pal'd a couple of bucks could we make this go away?

Same here. I don't get any on my iPhone and I have adblock installed on Chrome.

Only when I'm on mobile with chrome, and it doesn't matter if it's the classic or mobile version. Been like that since I joined, only gotten worse. On my PC I have adblock so no problems there.

It used to be as a member that the ads up top wouldn't even show up as long as I was logged in. Not true anymore. But I deal with it. ☺

I don't notice anything on either my work or home computers, however, sometimes when I'm viewing from my iphone, I get redirected to my apps store automatically for some reason.

That's been happening on my phone recently. I caught a smidgen of a message last time that said that "this page has a redirect".

If I'm on my phone and access this site without using wifi I usually get a virus warning.

I use Chrome on my phone. I'm thinking of switching to Firefox for their ad blocker.
