Liege Lord Rerelease

Divebomb wanted to do it, but was told by MB that they are doing it...sometimes crap just drags out.

Okay so it really is in the works, according to bassist Tony Truglio (interview below, box set mentioned at 2:43). The boxset is a signed deal and they're taking some time organizing it. He also mentions getting back into the studio after the set is released.



They also played a recent festival, I've no idea which one (lord knows how I can keep track of all these gigs around the world).

According to the interview it's still TBA.

For me, the box set would be ideal as I don't have anything on disc.

Yeah, their stuff on disc is ridiculously hard to get.

There's a water-damaged copy of MC at the local used shop, and they're asking $25 for it...

I have all their releases on CD, but I am looking forward to this box set.

A friend of mine managed to order me Liege Lord's debut on cd! Finally.

So did the box set mentioned earlier in this thread ever materialize?

No. I bought a 2012 (Urubuz? label) print of Master Control.

Picking up Liege Lord's debut cd from my mailbox today .

Here's my copy of Freedom's Rise. Released through Eclipse Records, and it turned out to be an unofficial one. But who cares, it looks good and plays fine:

All of my Liege Lord CDs are bootlegs, on the infamous "InRock Records" label (long time forum members may remember that name... haha). They're chintzy as hell but they'll do for me cuz I have given up all hope of ever finding any of their stuff out in the wild.

I managed to score official releases of their other two albums, on brazilian label Urubuz, about two years ago.

Actually, it was a lucky find. My brother was in Athens and he was able to find them at No Remorse records.

Have the first one on vinyl.
Do the reissues sound okay are or they bricked?

The reissues look and sound great.

As for the first one, the sound is just ok. Maybe it's because of the raw production.

I only own the Metal Blade edition of Burn To My Touch. I'd really love to land the other two.
