There's a motorcycle rev at the beginning of the Crue's 'Girls, Girls, Girls'. That's the first one that came to mind.
The sound of spurs jingling & jangling and the crack of a whip in Aerosmith's 'Back in the Saddle' is another.

I love the clocks and general insanity at the end of Bike.

There's also all the "cooking breakfast" sound effects at the beginning of Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast.

The whip - AEROSMITH - another great early memory ! Older brother had that on 8-track, and blasted it once when in his car. I couldn't believe how good how LP was - compared with Destroyer.... KISS, Detriot Rock City...that horrible 2 minutes of car radio news.

Does Human from Morbid Tales count as a sound effect?
If so it's one of my favorites (best intro to a record ever)

I'd say Fast as a Shark takes the prize.
I'm not a huge fan of Slayer's Hell Awaits but that nasty satan intro terrified me as a kid.

I like the pots and pans at the beginning of Detroit Rock City and the marching feet of the Metal Gods. Also, the intro to Hollywood Forever is cool. I guess I really like the "city sounds" into to songs like "Stranger in the City" by Lion or Ratt's "Way Cool Jr" as it sets an atmosphere for the song.

Ted Nugent's Paralyzed - his voice echoes over and over - fades - lyzed lyzed lyzed lyzed - RAMONES - Chainsaw - great lryics match the brilliance of the punk chainsaw sound - Black Sabbath s/t - rain thunder and bells....that was outrageous back then !! TKO, 1984or so, had a song Danger City - it ends with 1 solid minute of people chatting -

This one always runs in my mind, Piece of Mind being my favourite album by any band any era.
