What songtitles get used an awful lot? I've seen numerous metal bands with a song called "Hold On". Kind of related, but its hard to find a power metal album that doesnt contain the words "destiny", "heart", "wings", and or "steel" in the song titles.

I've got an obvious one.
"metal". Every single metal band or metal subgenre band MUST have a song with "metal", right?
EDIT: I guess I misread the original post. You're looking for over used titles not overused words in titles.
I'll need to think about that. "Hold On" definitely is one that comes to mind though

I wish that people would stop naming their albums with a number.

I agree with you about "Metal" in the title, you can also add "Rock" to that list. We know you're a rock and/or metal band, you don't need to remind us in your lyrics.

Not sure about titles but there are way too many "Angel" songs out there.

I took a look through my music collection, and here are some of the more common titles.
Angel/Angels Awakening/The Awakening Broken Coming Home Falling Forever Home I Believe Into the Fire/Into the Flames Open Your Eyes Rain Revelation/Revelations Shadow/Shadows Time
There's also quite a few instances of Prelude, Intro/Introduction and Overture.

That's the first one that came to my mind. A website I checked listed 49 different songs with that title.

Agreed! Also self-titled albums convey a lack of creativity.

No Way Out is another one that tends to be pretty common.

Eh, matter of opinion I guess. Take your pick. Although some of these are probably the same song, just different artist's interpretations.
Without You by Andy Russell Without You by Frankie Carle And His Orchestra with Marjorie Hughes Without You by Eddie Fisher with Hugo Winterhalter Orchestra Without You by Johnny Tillotson Without You (I Cannot Live) by Matt Monro Without You by Nilsson Without You by The Doobie Brothers Without You by Jessi Colter Flying With Broken Wings (Without You) by Angel Without You by Susie Allanson Without You by The Three Degrees Without You by Buck Owens Without You (Not Another Lonely Night) by Franke & The Knockouts Without You by T.G. Sheppard Without You by Chas Jankel Without You by David Bowie Without You by Touch Without You by Peabo Bryson And Regina Belle Without You by George LaMond Without You by Motley Crue Without You by Air Supply Without You by Lindy Layton A Picture Of Me (Without You) by Lorrie Morgan (Without You) What Do I Do With Me by Tanya Tucker Without You by Mariah Carey Without You by Van Halen
Without You by Dixie Chicks Without You by Charlie Wilson Without You by Digital Allies Featuring Richard Luzzi Without You by Lucy Pearl Without You by Mary Griffin Without You by Nate Sallie Without You by El Presidente Without You by Big Daddy Weave Without You by Clay Aiken Without You by The Feeling Without You by Hinder Without You by Bury Your Dead Without You by Alex Band Every Night Is Friday Night (Without You) by Old 97's Without You by Keith Urban listen Without You by David Guetta Featuring Usher Without You by Glee Cast Without You by Monica Without You by Shane & Shane Without You by Sasha Allen Without You by Piano Guys Without You by Dillon Francis Featuring Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs Without You by James Wolpert
Me personally, despite the rest of the album being a big, steamy turd, I did like the Van Halen one. Dark Horseman said he's partial to the Clay Aiken version, but don't tell anyone.

"Without You" is ridiculously overused!
Although songs with the word "Rock" may have a larger number.

Maybe there too. It was all over the internet. Mark Gormley had made these obscure music videos with The Uncharted Zone for a few years to Youtube until Without You went viral.

Phil Rudd would like to have a word with you. In private.
