Yes, one of my favorites of their's

Revenge is one of my fave KISS albums...top 3 songs for me would have to be "Unholy," "Thou Shalt Not" and "Paralyzed." (Gene really brought it on this album). I saw them on this tour and it was a great show!

I don't have a "bottom 3" for this album, just a "bottom 2" - the only songs I don't care for are the godawful "God Gave Rock N Roll To You" cover and the ballad "Every Time I Look at You."

Saw them also on this tour and it was a great show. I couldn't really give them a bottom 3 since I really don't think there's a bad tune on it.

One of their best from the non-make-up days. Not a bad song on it! This album was really heavy for its time!

"Heart of Chrome" might be my favorite Kiss tune. Definitely one of their best, anyway.

Agree with FF - would rank those two tracks low. Love the album and my favorite of the non-make up era. I still feel the same they way I did when it was released - best album since Creatures.

Top 3 Unholy, Heart of Chrome, Paralyzed....

Bottom 3 Take It Off, Spit, Every Time I Look at You...

Everyone seems to rag on God Gave Rock n Roll To You II but I like it. It might be the weakest tune on the album but it still is a cool tune. I'm not sure why the band wanted to have it on Revenge since it was done for the Bill & Ted soundtrack (guessing it's for licensing rights?) but it still fits the tone of the album, I think.

I thought " God Gave " is also a good/ fun tune - and KISS is the perfect group to play it -
KISS made a lot of people, everywhere, happy, esp. in the early days -
too bad- as the years went on, how obvious money - played it's true part -
I wonder if it's been played at a funeral....

Maybe I should give it another chance, but I didn't like Revenge when I first heard it.

I thought that Revenge was the right album at the right time. Heavy and full of piss and vinegar, it still holds up to this day.

Same here. This album sparked my interest in KISS back when it was a new release. Prior to Revenge, most of their non-makeup 80's music was kind of a joke among my friends and me (Creatures being the exception).

It's an album that still holds up well today. Except for 'God Gave RnR' and 'Every Time I Look At You'. They get the skip button.
