I like to listen to podcasts if I'm doing work, and enjoy music when I'm exercising.

I had washing up to do today. It was all done by the aid of Loudblast - Burial Ground. It's not got great reviews, but, it sounded fantastic today!

Oh man, I did the dishes to the last Obituary album. Personally, I think it sounds amazing and the dishes got done in slow time (well, their music is kinda swampy).

I do the dishes to classic rock mainly. stuff like deep purple, budgie and nazareth.
I do not listen to music when I go running, as I usually go through the woods at night so I prefer to be aware of my immediate surroundings. I play speed metal if I am exercising on the bike at home.

I must, must, MUST have rock or metal playing for me to do housework. I hate housework with a passion; it's the worst thing to experience with kids afoot and takes all my mental effort to achieve even the smallest amount of progress. I'm a father, hobbyist, and a small business owner so I'd rather be playing with the kids, messing with my toys, or working on my business. Creativity always trumps basic responsibilities. So I have to throw on some Overkill or Sodom just to get the f*cking dishes done, or it ain't gonna happen.
Hate it. f*cking hate it. Wish I could afford a housecleaner.

I always have music on & I tend to put something heavy when doing housework.. Usually through headphones because nobody likes what I do, lol....

For some reason when I was in my 20s, Zebra's 3.V became my bathroom-cleaning soundtrack. That's not a commentary on the music, I loved that album.

I've also been playing the first Helloween album a lot recently, brilliant bit of Thrash/Metal cross over to get those jobs done.

Just been playing Pentagram (doom) to clean the house to. For some reason, it went quite quickly. Alas, Old Corpse Road for the washing up didn't work out so well, took fugging ages!
