That Kansas song is great. I never really thought of them playing in this style. I don't really know them much beyond the classic rock radio hits.

Keep this stuff coming, I've been enjoying it all.

Kansas changed quite a bit over time due to different players and shuffling of line ups.

Not that I know of. It's Steve Hackett and Steve Howe doing radio friendly AOR and for a brief time was inescapable. They also had the song, When the Heart Rules the Mind.

That's Tommy "Mugs" Cain in the bottom left of that band pic...Jon Cain's brother...I played with him at MRF3 in Chicago in 2013.

Yeah, I never knew either. Ralph Santolla turned me on to them when I was at his place in Tampa. I was shocked. Last month, I found that album on vinyl for $.99

If I had to pick just one song to fit the "AOR" description of this thread...
it would be "Separate Ways" by Journey. I can imagine Rocky preparing for a fight or dealing with a relationship problem with that song in the background.
