What are the bands you consider as most important on this "revival" of Thrash Metal of the 2000 decade ? like Municipal Waste , Violator , Lich King, what are the best ones ?
I´d appreciate your suggestions.

None of them. Some of them were good but none were important.

Vindicator, Vektor, Havok are three I really dig. I also like some of the others mentioned already, but those three would probably top my list of favorites.
Disaffection from Brazil are cool too. Really enjoyed their last CD.

The last Warbringer album was awesome! I bought their first album when it was brand new and thought it was decent but a bit generic. I saw them opening for Death Angel and they were great, so I picked up their latest and was blown away.

Skeletonwitch are the only one that ever stuck on me. Tried practically all of them and Skeletonwitch is the only one that I can actually say I'm a legitimate fan of. Time is Up by Havok was pretty cool though.

If we're talking best, then I'd say Warbringer. If it's just based on most important/influence, the following bands are definitely up there: Municipal Waste, Evile, Fueled By Fire, Warbringer.
It also looks like you're just looking for as many of these bands as you can find, so here are some that haven't been mentioned yet. Bands with a * are highly recommended:
Alcoholator* Algebra Angelus Apatrida - Lots of Pantera influence. Battery Besieged* - Insanely relentless. Fans of Demolition Hammer will like this. Black Mass Bludvera* Brain Dead Chronosphere Condition Critical* Deceptor - Really technical, almost to a fault Diamond Plate - Vocals get a bit metalcore at times, but the music is still great Dismantle Dust Bolt Entrench Eruption Evil Madness Exmortus* - New stuff is wickedly technical Fatality - Vocalist has a John Connelly thing going on. First album is better than the second. Fog of War* Game Over* Harlott* - Really fast but standard sounding death metal. This album really took me by surprise. Head On Collision Hell's Domain Hellcannon - Blackened thrash. Good songwriting. Hexen - First album has lots of solos. The second is more technical. Hyades Hypertension - Black/speed/thrash for fans of Venom, Bathory, and Slayer Insane* - "Show No Mercy"-era Slayer worship. There has never been a more authentic Slayer worship release. Insinnerator Interceptor Invection* Laceration Lazarus AD - Gets pretty groovy. First release is better than the second. Lost Society* - Not quite crossover, but still fast, short songs with a punky flair. Lots of fun. Mantic Ritual Mass Extinction Merciless Death - Vocals are pretty amateur/blackened, but really hilarious. Mortal Infinity Mortifier Mortillery - Female-fronted, really catchy stuff Mortyr - From the guy who does Rocka Rollas/Blazon Stone. Mutant* - If Mutant ever released anything after "Laserdrome" they'd be by far the best new wave of thrash band. Listen to "Laserdrome" above anything else in this list. Nervosa Noisem Omnivore Paranorm* - Technical thrash from Sweden. Can break out into Malmsteen-esque sections at any time. Perpetrator Pitiful Reign Pollution Rancor Razormaze - Second album is much better than the first. Definite similarities to AJFA-era Metallica Stormwrath - Vocals sound like Sodom. Suicidal Angels - Kinda like Evile but more brutal Testimony The Outer Limits - The vocalist sounds exactly like Russ Anderson (Forbidden) Traitor - Very vicious Teutonic thrash Ultra-Violence - Riffs and songs are super good, but get a bit too extreme at times Untimely Demise* Warpath
I have more rec's if you need 'em

People already named the most. I liked MERCILESS DEATH very much, two good albums they released. First two albums by GAMA BOMB were cool too. WARBRINGER new album is good, and CHILDREN OF TECHNOLOGY two releases are cool (thrash with some punk and crust). If you like traditional speed like early LIVING DEATH, PAIN (germany) or WARRANT (germany) check out BAPHOMET´S BLOOD three albums or the two DEMONS lps. If you like NWOTM, buy the records because like this they can reléase more albums.

I really really like the first 6 songs a lot. The second half is very good, but I find myself not enjoying it as much. Sadly, last I heard, they might be hanging it up.

Spiner202, I think that Chronosphere was missing a little * by them.
Panikk - Came out last year, absolutely killer NWTM.
Kayser, not sure why I always get them and Chronosphere mixed up when I listen to them, maybe cuz I bought them at the same time. Good stuff
The More I see. These guys are Groove Thrash, they write some catchy tunes. Love their stuff.
Between Guillotine, and Mutant, these two should have put out another one before they disappeared into where ever they went.
AFTER OBLIVION
Steelgar and Memorain, if you can find them, you'll be in for a treat.
4Arm will make your head hurt and your ears bleed, in a gooood way.
Two bands that I love, that I rarely if ever see mentioned are: Adamantine and Sufosia. I really enjoy these two bands a lot. Sufosia was supposed to be having a new album come out, but I haven't seen it yet.
Rancor
Everything Sylosis has done
As much as I like Holy Moses, actually I really love their latest, they don't grab me like Cripper.
Battalion
Tantara
Accuser
Essence Prob. still one of my favorite, though I don't listen to them as much....
Contradiction
Decadence My fav. is 3rd stage of decay
Like Spiner said, I've got a few more up my sleeve as well.

I've listened to that album a few times, but I didn't find it too compelling.
Also, great call on Panikk. That's some really aggressive stuff.

I've said elsewhere on the forum that this is the first thrash record to really make me take notice in a long while, I absolutely love it (although I don't really class it as NWOTM as that was quite a few years ago.)
