Bruce Dickinson, Joe Comeau (on Liege Lord's Master Control) & Michael Lee of Barren Cross
Geoff Tate, Michael Kiske & Timo Kotipelto (though I'm not sure for him, been a while since I listened to Stratovarius)
Steve Perry, Arnel Pineda, Steve Augeri, Kevin Chalfant (of 707 and The Storm), Jimi Jamison, Dave Bickler, Joe Lynn Turner & Hugo (Valentine/Open Skyz). Well, Jamison, Bickler and JLT might not be total clones, but still, they sound really close to Steve.
David Coverdale, David Reece (Accept/Bangalore Choir), Steve Lee (Gotthard) & Jørn Lande.
Dio, Nils Patrick Johansen (Astral Doors) & Elio Maugeri (Elektradrive).
Rob Halford, Tim "Ripper" Owens, Ralf Scheepers & Joe Comeau (during his stint with Annihilator)
Udo & both Bon Scott and Brian Johnson.
Bon Scott & Mark Storace (and probably a ton of other vocalists I can't remember right now).
Brian Johnson, Tom Keifer, Dizzy Dean Davidson & Bobby Blitz Elsworth (well...sort of) (and also probably a ton of others).
Stephen Pearcy, Steve Whiteman & Scott Wenzel.
Jon Bon Jovi, Steve Plunkett (Autograph) & Gregg Fulkerson (Blue Tears).
David Lee Roth, Marq Torien & Todd Poole (Roxy Blue).
Any others that come to mind?

Matthew Fox (Bitter End's lead singer, not the actor) sounds VERY similar to Dave Mustaine to me.

Owens and Halford don't sound like each other. Both are very easily distinguished.

What's really cool about these two and others, like Hansi from Blind Guardian and Jens from Savage Circus, is that these guys have really unique voices in general. So it's kind of neat that two people sound similar, you know.
Oh, and here's another Dio clone.
And this guy sounds a lot like Warrell Dane at times:

I can't even tell the difference. Many will argue.

They have some similarities when their doing screams but Coverdale's got his own style for the most part.

Some people listed here might be debatable, but you can't tell me Hansi Kursch and Jens Carlsson or Mark Storace and Bon Scott don't sound alike. Edit: That said, I always thought Drew Hannah from Wildside sounded a lot like Axl Rose:

I don't know most of this guys, but judging from the few I know, I can tell they have one thing in common: they suck.

None? I don't hear the Alder/Arch similarity at all, but many listed are extremely similar.

And I took "clone" to mean "very similar."

Well, that's what I meant. I hope it doesn't come off as insulting...Might change the title to "Vocalists who sound like each other" or something to avoid further confusion then.
