And since my Monster Magnet was actually a LAST year record, how about the new Peter Murphy? The guy finally went in kind of an electronic/industrial direction, which actually surprised me since his last one was a pretty straightforward hard rock record.

This album is so much fun. Addictive as hell. Also, I think the only new release I've purchased this year so far is Springsteen's High Hopes, as well as his RSD EP, in MP3 format, American Beauty. The Battle Ruins LP will likely make the list, once I receive it and listen to it. I'm sure Ace's record will rule. Oh, and I haven't bought it yet, but I've listened to Neil Young's A Letter Home several times on Spotify, and it is really good too (of course).

| These are my favorites thus far this year:
311 - Stereolithic Casualties Of Cool - Casualties Of Cool Charlotte Martin - Water Breaks Stone Ginger Wildheart - Albion Iced Earth - Plagues Of Babylon
If I had to choose one, I'd probably go with Iced Earth. Although I have been spinning Casualties of Cool a hell of a lot sing getting it recently. Such a brilliant piece of work.

Cool to see you're enjoying it as well! It's definitely the best sleaze release of the year thus far. I wasn't sure about the cover of "What's Love Got To Do With It" at first but I even like that now.

| So far its The Ralph - Delimitier, Skull Fist - Chasing the Dream and Ambush - Firestorm. For sure new Voyager, Skyliner and Skyharbor will take honorable place in my top. When I finally listen to them that is. - MetalRob331 wrote:

This one probably also. Meant to get it, since last Raintime was great. Just being lazy.

Then it would be:
Manilla Road- Mystification Wrathchild America- 3-D Sadus- Chemical Exposure

Skull Fist - Chasing The Dream 3. Monument - Renegades 4. Gamma Ray - Empire of the Undead 5. Insomnium - Shadows of the Dying Sun 6. Primal Fear - Delivering The Black 7. Avalon Steel - Ascension 8. Sabbatory - Endless Asphyxiating Gloom 9. Ancient Empire - Ancient Empire 10. Midnight Malice - Proving Grounds Still haven't had a chance to pick up the new Sabaton. Patiently awaiting new albums from HammerFall, Dragonforce, Crimson Shadows, Borealis, Mindmaze, and plenty others.

I'm blaming it on the popularity of "Game of Thrones". _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.
