That's happening to me right now! I see that unreadable band logos have been a thing since WAY before there was black metal Seriously, what the hell does that say? "Bubble Puppy?" "Bubble Gypsy?" "Bubble Guppy?" Anyway, on topic... | Bubble Puppy
Bubble Puppy (also known as The Bubble Puppy) is a Texan psychedelic rock band originally active from 1967 to 1970. They are best remembered for their Top 20 hit, "Hot Smoke & Sassafras".

Thanks. Terrible band name...sounds like a bad "educational" cartoon show aimed at preschoolers. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| Reading their biog, the other interesting thing about Bubble Puppy is the fact that they started at the top (their first gig was supporting The Who!! and a big hit single) and worked their way down until they had achieved total obscurity! Oh and the name is from Brave New World (the book, not the Maiden album ) | |

Also, a ton of spotify radio; mainly stations based off of prog metal (Blotted Science, off the wall type stuff, not so much the Dream Theater camp) and traditional metal.

| I HATED that first 'Parallax', complete meandering garbage, is the second one worth bothering even at all? 'No Exit' is my favorite Fates Warning record. You heard Twisted Into Form? Do so if not. | |

You heard Twisted Into Form? Do so if not. I'm a pretty big BtBaM fan, so take that into account. I LOVE the second Parallax. But being honest, if you didn't like the EP at all, you probably wouldn't enjoy II. I wouldn't say No Exit is my favorite Fates album, that'd go to either Parallels or Awaken the Guardian. No Exit still slays, though. That's a Forbidden album, right? Can't say I've ever jammed it, but I've heard of it.

| Nope, Twisted Into Form the band, since you were mentioning that type of prog metal. Former Spiral Architect members with David Husvik on drums, one album and it's fantastic and underappreciated.
now playing: the Coast to Coast from Sunday night..
