| The main reason to have the demos of the Symbol tracks is cuz Dave Pritchard plays guitar on those. Sadly he passed away before they could commence recording the final album versions.
If memory serves, they mention in the liner notes that it was very important to the band that some of Dave's playing made it onto the finished record, so after much difficulty they and the producer managed to pull one of his guitar parts off of those demos and dropped it into one of the album tracks, I forget which song it's in, though.

If it was a studio album, I'd consider it. I have no interest in live albums. I'd be more excited about pledging towards a studio album, too. I don't care much for live albums. That meet and greet in Mesa (where I live) is very tempting, though. Would love to meet John Bush. | |
