| Very, very good! Took me a little while to get used to some of the more familiar songs as the production is different (perhaps a few too many bells & whistles) but the songs and musicianship is superb and Rosie's voice is amazing. What I love about them is that they don't really sound much like the other bands in their genre, it's pretty unique (for a modern band)
The whole album has been streaming on Spin for a couple of weeks now if you wanted to check it out before buying. I've got the CD now and there are quite a few stand out tracks but Sapphire Ward & Tragic Catastrophe are brilliant!

|  I think this may be my favorite album of 2013 so far. It may not be as intense as The Cold, but the songwriting is tighter and the songs are even more memorable. Most of the albums I've anticipating this year have not lived up to expectations I had for them. This album just smokes and has exceeded my expectations. I'm glad I was part of the pledge process, I don't feel my money was wasted (even if I didn't get the signed album). | |
