OK, this is pretty freakin funny. A new commercial for the "Jack in the Box" burger chain reveals that their mascot, "Jack," was once a member of a hair metal band called "Meat Riot," and that their one hit wonder single, "Hot Mess," inspired the restaurant's newest jalapeno pepper/cheeseburger concoction:

Jack in the Box has also gone so far as to make an "official" music video for the "Hot Mess" track:

...and they've also devoted an entire portion of their web site to Meat Riot downloads, wallpapers, etc.
