| Metal Rendez-vous through The Blitz is really all that is essential. Although, they really have not recorded anything bad with Storace on vox. Von Arb is a Euro-Genius in my book. | |

| Wow, that`s a tough one - "One Vice" with "Headhunter" as a close second. | |

| Headhunter. Mt first introduction to the band and still a stand out to me. Really great album before the downward spiral. I'd like to add that I have never heard any of their more recent stuff (post Change Of Address). | |

Same here, I even like the critically panned "Change Of Address"

| I like The Blitz, a little more commercial but not a total change as Change of Address. And The Blitz was a little less AC/DC sounding | |

| Metal Rendez-vous for me, but there isn't a bad Krokus album (except maybe Round 13). | |

Yes, those three albums are grea too and of course the 80s records. I go for METAL RENDEZ-VOUS.

| Headhunter is the most all-around "metal" sounding record from front to back. I am partial to the pre-Vice albums cause they were that first taste. I gave up after "Heart Attack" but really dig on "Hell Raiser" and "Hoodoo". "Long Stick Goes Boom" is my favorite Krokus song, but "Headhunter" is an overall better album. | hate to be trendy but I went with Headhunter. The culmination of that early 80's heavy metal movement before most of those bands started selling to the American market. The list is way too long of those great bands who started to change around 1984 or so. | |

| For me it is about the period of 1980 - 1983 from Metal Rendez-vous thru to Headhunter. All 4 albums released during this period were totally classic heavy metal.
From Headhunter onwards it becomes hit and miss. The Blitz is very commercial sounding and whilst Midnite Maniac is an awesome song and opener, for most part, I can never remember what the rest of the songs on this album sound like. That was also the case with Change of Address - way more poppy sounding but again, beyond the first song I cannot remember what the rest of the album sounds like.
