I get more embarrassed less by content than I do when it sounds like they wrote the thing in a minute. I cringe at overly rhyme-y stuff. I'll be happy if I never hear take/make/break rhymed together in lyrics again.

Yea, I'm starting to fall in that category too. Some of those glam/hair metal bands of the 80's just give me douche chills these days. Anything regarding riding rockets, pulling triggers, shooting love, etc.
