Saw The Sword live the other night and it was kinda dull. They sounded decent and all, but just kinda stood there. Didn't move around much or have any interaction with the crowd. They also did this thing with the whole band was being back-lit (except for the drummer), so they were in sillouette the whole show. You couldn't see their faces. Not sure if they did that on purpose, but I thought it was odd.

Eagle Claw and Gypsy Hawk were ok too, but nothing out of the ordinary.

I saw them live this past Saturday and they killed it. So did Eagle Claw and Gypsyhawk for that matter. The crowd was totally in to all three bands and the bands responded. Eric from Gypsyhawk actually stood next to me during The Sword's set and was having a great time. Also, all three bands signed all of my stuff and hung out after the show which was really cool. Maybe it was just an off night when you saw them.

The tall blond Thor-looking dude from Gypsyhawk was next to me for a little bit during the Eagle Claw performance as well.

I left before the end of the show so I don't know if the bands stuck around or not. I considdered picking up an Eagle Claw disc on the way out, but decided against it.
