New song doesn't impress me much. It's just cheesy as hell and not very catchy. =(

yea he can be cheesy. I cringe when any band writes a song about Rock n Roll or Heavy metal. I just hate it. Its Jorn though so i'm sure there is better songs off the album....btw this song is pretty bad

Well, I'm a 80s rock fanboy, so I don't mind cheese. This new song, to me, is extra cheesy. Haha.



And like I said, I just don't think it's a strong song.

It's not one of his better ones but i'm sure the album will be good.

Jorn is in his comfort zone here working with his longtime core band members Tore & Willy playing classic hard rock. It is what it is, He is not reinventing the wheel.

If he wanted to be pushed musically he would have stayed with Ark or Beyond Twilight. I like what he is doing as a solo artist. Ark to me was special but it was over 12 years ago. I think Jorn is happy where he is at & I look forward to all his new material be it solo, Guest work or projects like Allen/Lande. It's all good in my eyes.......

I like "Bring Heavy Rock..."

"A Thousand Cuts" is REALLY good. Has a modern vibe to it.

So, what does y'alls think? His cover of Ride Like the Wind is good, makes is a true Jorn song. I'm liking this a lot and it's true there's not much new in sound, not many play this Rainbow/Dio inspire rock like Jorn does.

I like it. Overall a good album with a couple of really great songs and a couple of filler. Jorn plays live not far from me tomorrow but i`m working the whole weekend and can`t make it
