Whatever happened to the members of the glam metal act Nitro? I know Jim Gillette went on to marry Lita Ford, but what happened to Michael Angelo and the rest? Heres a video to jog your memory:

Michael Angelo spun that four necked guitar around so fast that it was like an airplane propeller, he took off and tragically hasn't been seen since.
....but seriously, I have no idea.

Batio is still shredding faster than any human and wearing that same wig. And Gilette recently had a divorce with Lita Ford. That's all I know

MAB also released some albums over the time.

Michael has been working on an album of all new, original music. The new record is called “Intermezzo” and will be released in the Fall of 2012! This is Michael’s “heaviest” record to date. The album is filled with mixed meters, amazing playing, great melodies and superb arrangements. Michael is using several different Dean 7 string guitars on “Intermezzo”

I have to say Jim Gillete's solo release Proud To Be Loud shocked me how much I liked that record. Love both those Nitro albums but I probably like Proud To Be Loud even better than those two.

The stuff Gillette did with Lita Ford sucked!

Unfortunately the CD was the same way. It was all about the couples sexual exploits. Sort of modern kiddie porn rock I guess.

Wasn't Jim Gillette an amatuer wrestler too at some point? Last time I saw him on TV, he was huge.

I think it's extreme to use a term like "kiddie porn" to describe music like this.

I was referring to lines like... When the boys watch me play their private parts start to swell...
Says Lita, "Everybody has their own Wicked Wonderland. It’s a place where you can do whatever you want and get as freaky as you feel. These songs are my version of that – they’re all about my life… well, the parts that happen when the kids are in bed and my husband and I get into the boudoir."

I remember Michael Angelo Batio and his solo work, the Planet Gemini album sounds like a soundtrack to some generic 16-Bit era Space Shooter...No base belongs to him though, it was lame.
It's sad, MAB has quite some skills, he's fast but he as no musical soul, it's just a 'look how fast i can go' showcase with nothing else

That is a terrible album! I mean, just bad. I thought one of the bonus tracks was decent. "Push," I think. But the album is one of the worst "comeback" albums I've ever heard.

When MAB forget he has to play uberfast, he actually can write a great tune. I own only first album, and it is very enjoyable for my ears, though there is a couple of "propeller-metal" tracks.

I still need to get O.F.R. and H.W.D.W.S.
I always liked their totally gonzo, OTT approach to metal. They were a fun band.
