Haha, nothing really. I don't mind them, I just always felt Testament were far more deserving a band to be regarded in the 'Big Four'. But that's just me, I know Anthrax have quite a large following.

actually as far as influence, sales, originality, & overall impact... i think Slayer, Megadeth, Metallica & Anthrax were properly included. despite what some of them may or may not have become.

for German thrash obviously it's Kreator, Sodom, Holy Moses, & Destruction.

...seems to be a large number who think Overkill should have been bigger-i couldn't agree more.They're just a freaking killer band.Have to tip your hat to Blitz' for keeping the band going all these years.Also,have to give a big thumbs up to Gary Holt for keeping Exodus alive and slamming through 3 different singers.I can see how some might not like Anthrax and how some might not be on par with Slayer.With Anthrax when they flirted with that rap bs-i lost interest real fast.With Slayer i can see how some of those f'd up lyrics could be the dealbreaker....Heathen and Kreator definitely got overlooked as well.

Can't wait to see your review of it! I think that Beast Of Bourbon is an awesome album. They played 2 tracks of it (if I remember correctly) when I saw them live last year. They have really stuck to thrash metal all these years since they started with no experimentation or modern influences (excpet in the production department).
