Blind Guardian- Memories Of A Time To Come

Has anyone else picked this up yet? I just got the 3 cd version today. I believe I have all the songs that are on the 3rd disc because I bought all the remasters a year or 2 ago. If you didn't get those and want this compilation then I'd suggest get the 3cd version. A lot of cool stuff like the demos from when they used to be Lucifers Heritage. The other 2 cds are basically a best of BUT! all the songs have been remixed and remastered and some have been re recorded. Sometimes I really hate when things are re recorded because they either slow the song down too much or play something different etc.. well this is not the case. If anything they played the songs faster and I think better or equally as great as the originals. The remix versions are awesome too. I don't think I'll ever listen to the regular version of Imaginations From The Other Side again haha. The remix sounds awesome. Most of the time compilations aren't worth getting but when its done like this one was done then its welcome.

Well I have all their releases and re-recordings never interested me so I'll pass. The 3rd cd might be interesting to hear but I don't think I'll be forking out the dough for the one disc.

Just remastered. They are really old demos only so much you can do with that.
