- that grand lux cd beats the rest of the catalog silly! I was not interested at all in carved in stone when i heard it was coming out until I got some samples and had to go back and make sure it was the same band....
Alex Emil and Ulterium Records is putting out some great music. I just got a promo for Ivory Moon the other day, their latest release, and it's another solid slab of metal (symphonic, this time, male and female vocals). The only thing that stinks is that their promos are now in cardboard sleeves! Pffft! The Evergrace (now called Incrave) album came as a normal retail version, then they switched...and it made me sad inside. Great label so far, though! |

Skinlab - Disembody cd Aside from reVolting Room, these guys were killer! Too bad they tried to go a little too mainstream nu-metal on reVolting Room. |

| Got two today, but one was...gay. Haha. Looks like I put a CD by a different band on my wants and it's a horrible 80s pop dance group or something. Terrible! Got one good one, though: Living Things - Turn In Your Friends & Neighbors (EP) * * $1.75 from lala.com. |

* $1.75 from lala.com. Eyesore, do you actually listen to all the music you get on a daily basis or do you re-sell/trade these cd's. With so much coming in everyday, it must be hard to find the time to give each release a proper spin. | |

With so much coming in everyday, it must be hard to find the time to give each release a proper spin. I listen to everything. I work 10 hour days Sunday through Wednesday, and I've got my music going that whole time. Music is also playing when I wake up, when I get ready for work, in the truck on the way to work and on the way home, it's also playing when I'm home, before I go to bed. On my days off I'm sitting at my PC writing or designing stuff, or sitting at my drawing table working on my comics. Music plays the whole time. I watch little TV or movies, so as long as I'm awake, music is usually playing. So I give everything plenty of listens. And I don't resell or trade them. Ocassionally I do, like that Westworld CD I got yesterday. That'll be gone if I can get rid of it. Haha. But generally I keep everything because I usually do enough research to know if I'd like something or not. |

| Within Temptation- Enter (surprise find at Best Buy) So pissed! I went to PA this past weekend to visit a friend and to just spend time with my girlfriend. My friend to us to a really cool music store and I bought a bunch of cool stuff including Lordi- The Monsterican Dream. Went back to our hotel and I had my computer with me so I made MP3's of what I bought to put on my Ipod. So the day we were leaving the hotel my girlfriend was getting my cds to put in her bag and she ended up dropping them. So she picked them up and put them in her bag and I didnt touch the cds til I got home to put them in their place. This morning Im putting the cds in my cd player so I can listen to them and I noticed I have all of them except for the Lordi cd. i checked every cd I bought that day and even in my car and its no where to be found. So looks like it got lost at the hotel. We called up the hotel to see if they would find it. they said they would call us but i really doubt i'll see that again so I told my girlfriend she owes me a cd now. atleast I still have my mp3s for now. | |

I think they got a re-release, or just a distro deal here in the US. That album should shock the emo turds looking for the symphonic metal they are now! Haha. And did you check your CD drive for the Lordi disc? |
