Recently got the first pressing of the album on CD. One of my favourite thrash releases of all time next to Dark Angel, Slayer etc. Brutal and vicious!

The thing that I don't understand with the whole Pantera/Exhorder contraversy is that "Slaughter" which came out the same time as "Cowboys from Hell" is that Slaughter is straight out brutal thrash, having little groove elements at all. "The Law" from '92 I believe, sounds VERY much like Pantera to the point that I hardly listen to it, yet Pantera is all ways accused of being the rip-off artists. Unless, they ripped off some early demos or something. I wish Exhorder had stayed with their original thrash sound, and not done the style they did on "The Law".
