On a serious note, IMO there's no F'n way a 102 year old person should be behind the wheel of any car; much less a tank like that.
This is exactly the kind of driver who will eventually drive into a business or a home and kill people because they suffered a "medical emergency" or had a brain fart and mistook the gas pedal for the brake.
My parents have lived in Florida for 25+ years and those kinds of "accidents" are a weekly occurence.

Do you many calls a year I get because people have pulled into a Cumberland Farms parking lot and somehow managed to crash into or through the frickin' building? Dozens, at least! No lie. It baffles me, man.
