I just ordered Broadsword & Beast and Heavy Horses from Swapacd

Now you're talkin'! Heavy Horses is one of my favorite Tull albums. And it also helped me get an 'A' in a poetry class that was mandatory for my English major. I turned in the lyrics to "Moths" and got an 'A' on it. I went to a Mennonite college and I gambled that the professor had never heard of Jethro Tull. Guess I was right.

Minstrel In The Gallery

Catfish Rising

Stormwatch

Rock Island

And avoid "A" like the plague. It has it's moments but it was Tull trying to be more like electronica and overall I don't think it works very well.

The title cut and Cold Wind To Valhalla alone are worth the price IMO.

Heck for .49 I'd even gamble on something Eyesore recommended.

And keep your eyes open for Catfish Rising. Most Tull fans seem to dismiss that album but I think it's their strongest "latter day" release.

I used to have a bunch of his albums when I was in the Air Force, but sold them off. I'm slowly reacquiring them, but I want the reissues with bonus tracks of course, and those are more money.

Yeah, that's my crew. Hillary is the white one, the brown one is Hershey. I have a new one named Sparks, named after the old glam/pop band. Sparks is a dwarf breed without horns- I'm getting too old to get butted around by them anymore.
