Loved all the guitartist you named but I would have to say Jimi Hendrix and Randy Rhoads are far from being under rated. As a matter a fact the only one that IMO would qualify as a under rated guitartist on your list is Vivian Campell and maybe Tony MacAlphine, other than that you have a great taste on axe slingers.

Ty Tabor - this guy is a MONSTER guitarist who is still not widely known, one of the few with a completely original sound.

Adrian Belew - Since he's spent the majority of his career outside of the normal mainstream circles (King Crimson, independent solo releases, studio work) I think he's unfairly ignored. But if you ever watch a King Crimson live video and see the INSANE stuff this guy lays down...you'll be a believer.

Josh Homme - Another guitarist who sounds like NOBODY else, Josh has a very personal conception and is a chameleon, able to play anything from Sabbath doom to fusion jazz freakout.
