Schizophrenia, Beneath the Remains, and Arise are three of the best thrash albums of all time. If you say so. Maybe some day I'll get around to giving them a better listen.

| I love 'Beneath the Remains' it is an excellent album and I am envious that FF got to see Sepultura during this tour, I like 'Practice What you Preach' but the band was already beginning to lose the plot on this album. | |

Funny thing is, I wasn't even really a Sepultura fan at the time. I went to that show with my brother (who was a HUGE fanboy) as a favor, cuz he didn't have anyone to go with. But it was a great gig, we even met the Cavalera Bros. who were walking around in the crowd while the opening band (whoever it was) were onstage. By the time Sepultura's set was over I was totally digging'em, and I even bought a BENEATH THE REMAINS tour shirt on our way out of the club, which I wish I still had. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| I didn't discover Sepultura til the 'Chaos A.D.' album, I did not a cool older brother who listened to heaviest metal on earth like you did FF, so I usually discovered these type of bands when everybody else did. | |

Actually, my bro's a year younger than I am. But he was always the more "underground" metal guy in the family, he was into the extreme thrash/death metal/hardcore stuff while I tended to stick to more traditional pastures. When I was listening to Stryper in one room, he'd be cranking up Bathory elsewhere in the house. Our poor parents. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

Schizophrenia, Beneath the Remains, and Arise are three of the best thrash albums of all time. I seem to be one of the few individuals that likes Schizophrenia and Beneath the Remains but gets bored with Arise. The title track is really cool but most of the other songs are slow and I found the songwriting to be rather below par. For the record, I do like PWWP a lot better than Arise. Freddy, your brother sounds like a cool guy.

| Testament was one of my first real metal bands. I like Sepultura but Testament was always a great band. _________________ | |

Valid point, if it was up against a better album I might have gone with that direction. But "The Legacy" is the only Testament album I liked all the way through. I discovered Sepultura with Beneath The Remains and pretty much liked all their albums after that. I even dug a good bit of Roots (and saw them on that tour). I know most people hated it, but I liked the tribal stuff and hearing them mix in even more of their musical heritage. A flawed but interesting album. |

| I like "Practice What You Preach" more than BTR, but for pure thrash purposes the latter is much more heavier and thrashier. The two can't really be in the same catagory. | |

Here, let me fix that for you. "Practice" was just as good as their first two albums, and "Beneath" is Sepultura's finest release. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!
