I got The Crow and Lemmy on Blu-Ray this morning.

Got the new re-release of Evil Dead 2 on blu-ray. One of my all-time favorites. Also finally after over a month had deepdiscount deliver on the blu-ray of The Dorm That Dripped Blood. So I have some post-Halloween horror to check out.

Just picked up the Alien Anthology on Blu-ray. Awesome!!!

^Does that count as music haul or movie haul? Oh well, whatever. I purchased it with a gift certificate.

Picked up the blu-ray of Platoon for five bucks at Walmart on black friday. Thought of getting others but then realized there was a whole pile from last year I haven't watched yet.

At Target got blus of Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown for four a piece.

Dang, I haven't seen "Class of 1984" in ages 'n' ages. Wouldn't mind seeing that one again sometime.

I also dig the ridiculous semi-sequel "Class of 1999" from the same director. Terminator Teachers!!!

I just got Class of 1984 last spring. I saw it in theaters when it came out. It's not as gory as I remember though. Or maybe I'm just that much more jaded since I last saw it.

Class of 1984 is indeed a great film, I've already seen it three times but still... I've never seen the sequel, though, doesn't really sound all that appealing to me.

Jstate, the UFO DVD is well worth owning as well.

Class of 1984 is an awesome movie, need to pick that one up again.

EIGHT movies for five bucks! Can you beat that with a stick? I think not. And one of them is the legendary (well, at least to me and DeathCult) DEMONIC TOYS. Dude, that flick is worth the five bucks all by itself.

Finally broke down and bought Commando on blu-ray. As ridiculous as it is, I still really find it all kinds of fun. That Power Station song at the end (with the plane taking off with Arnold and Co.) gets me every time. One of those guilty pleasure movies I can watch anywhere or anytime and still enjoy it much more than I should.

Great (cheesy) flick. Though the final showdown between Ah-nold and "Bennett" at the end always makes me laugh cuz when they face off, Arnold's at least twice the size of the other guy. So is the outcome of the fight ever really in doubt?

Not too mention Arnold just took out an entire army with ease all by himself. Like what was John Bennett really going to do. It's like hey Bennett you do NEED that gun you just threw down.
