I dig Ace's vocal....yet Kiss has the music department done pat.

Kiss. Although I really like Ace - the body of work by Kiss is stronger.

I like Ace's version but to me like James said KISS has the music down pat.

Ace, never liked the Kiss version.

I went with Ace, but I like them both. I'm also a huge Molly Hatchet fan but the song doesn't really fit their style IMO.

ACE!!!!!!!!! For KISS, that was one of the 3 songs on HITS that were actually good. Ace's version has more character and the production on Ace's version is much better. The production on KISS' version is what it is - demos that where clean up at mix.

I went with KISS. Although Ace's version is good. I always thought it was a bit strange that both KISS and Ace would release the same song on new albums at approximately the same time.

Btw, the first time I heard this song was in Long Beach, CA. Paul tried it out on his solo tour. It was a small venue and a great show. A band called Darling Cruel opened up for him.

I'm going with the Spaceman here. Come to think of it, I'd probably vote for Ace over KISS is just about any category.
