There is a song by Pantokrator from their compilation album A Decade of Thoughts that has whistling in it, it's called Lamentation, supposedly the first death metal song with one.

Yeah, Helloween's 'We Burn' has the silly whistling at the beginning along with the toy choo-choo sounds, haha...
