It was recorded for his "Iommi" album that didn't feature Glenn Hughes. There was actually one more song that was recorded but it hasn't been released yet. There was a total of three Phil songs.

1. Time Is Mine (the one that made the album)

2. Bastard

3. ? (some unreleased song)

I think Tony was just showing off with that speed. I was listening to Fused last night and his playing and feel amazes me and he still kicks ass at his age, as the H&H album can attest to.
